The program is an eight-month television writing fellowship run by Paramount Global’s Office of Global Inclusion. It’s designed to help emerging, often underrepresented, TV writers break into the industry through intensive mentorship, craft development, and professional networking.
Participants are matched with a senior executive or creative mentor. Over the eight months, they meet regularly for script feedback, career strategy, and insight into studio and network decision-making. The program also includes workshops, mock writers’ rooms, and panels with showrunners, agents, and managers, focusing on both writing craft and the practical realities of staffing and development.
