Glam Squad Masterclass

The NAACP x Handy Foundation Glam Squad Training Program aims to train ten aspiring BIPOC Hair and Makeup artists and provide them with the necessary skills for opportunities to work on film and television sets. During their rigorous 7-week program, trainees learn specialized training for various skin tones and techniques, special EFX, work on mock photo shoots, gain hands-on experience working at the state-of-the-art NAACP+ Studios and gain insight from tenured industry professionals. Native American TV Writers Lab

The Native American Media Alliance (NAMA) is a new initiative designed to advocate for Native American representation in the entertainment industry. This initiative functions as a resource for industry personnel to work with Native Americans who have an authentic voice for film, television and new media. Disney Channel Storytellers

Disney Channel Storytellers is a writers’ incubator program run by Disney Channel and It's a Laugh Productions that develops emerging TV series creators and comedy writers for kids and family programming.  Selected writers are paid WGA-scale salaries, receive Writers Guild of America membership eligibility or points, and work exclusively for Disney Channel during the term.
